CLEATOR

Where Mining Legacy Meets Modern Discovery

A Strategic Gateway to Arizona's Mining Future

In the heart of Arizona’s Bradshaw Mountains, at an elevation of 3,501 feet, Cleator stands as more than just a historic mining town – it’s King Global Ventures’ strategic gateway to one of Arizona’s most promising mineral exploration opportunities. Located just 100 kilometers north of Phoenix in America’s #1 copper-producing state, this historic settlement perfectly positions our exploration efforts in the legendary Black Canyon Mining District. With 12 former producing mines within our property boundaries, we’re not just exploring – we’re reimagining an entire mining district’s potential.

From Gold Rush to Modern Discovery

The story begins in 1864, when prospectors first established the Turkey Creek Mining District after discovering placer gold. But it was James P. Cleator, a determined Manx immigrant who had walked his way from California’s gold fields, who would give the town its current name in 1925. After arriving in America with Spanish sailors in 1889, Cleator’s journey took him through Mexico to Arizona by 1900, where he saw something special in this rugged landscape. His partnership with Lev P. Nellis, who had established the town’s first store in 1901, would shape the community’s future. By 1915, Cleator had traded his ranch interests for full ownership of the town, cementing his legacy in Arizona mining history.

A Town Built on Mineral Wealth

During its early days, Cleator was serviced by the ambitious Prescott and Eastern Railroad – nicknamed “Murphy’s Impossible Railroad” for its challenging mountain route. This infrastructure breakthrough in 1902 connected the community to the broader mining network, enabling efficient mineral transport and development. The same pioneering spirit that built that impossible railroad now drives our modern exploration program, as we employ cutting-edge technology to unlock the district’s untapped potential.

The Modern Renaissance

1940's
Current Day
While Cleator may appear as a ghost town to passing tourists, it’s anything but dormant. As King Global’s basecamp for the Black Canyon Project, this historic mining town is experiencing a renaissance. Original frontier buildings that once housed early miners now serve as landmarks in our modern exploration story. Our presence here isn’t just about maintaining a historical site – it’s about realizing the untapped potential that the original settlers recognized over 150 years ago.

What makes this renaissance particularly exciting is our application of modern exploration techniques to an area that historically produced impressive mineral grades. The Howard Copper Mine, part of our property package, historically produced approximately 100,000 tonnes of copper ore with grades between 3-5% – numbers that make modern mining executives take notice.

Beyond the Ghost Town:
A Hub of Modern Exploration

Our technical team is writing the next chapter in Cleator’s story, employing an arsenal of modern exploration tools:

Advanced UAV magnetometer surveys covering 126 line kilometers

Comprehensive soil sampling programs with 228 surface samples

State-of-the-art VTEM surveys extending 660 line kilometers

Modern 3D-IP technology revealing previously hidden mineral potential

Detailed geological mapping integrating historical data with modern insights

Cutting-edge geophysical interpretation techniques

These tools are revealing what the early miners couldn’t see, suggesting significant potential for copper, gold, and silver deposits within our consolidated land package. The recent completion of our VTEM and 3D-IP survey marks a significant milestone in our understanding of the property’s potential, particularly in identifying new targets linked to historical workings.

Join the Next Chapter

As we advance our exploration program at the Black Canyon Project, Cleator stands as more than just our base of operations – it’s a symbol of mining heritage meeting modern opportunity. With a robust treasury of $2.91 million and one of the tightest share structures in the junior mining sector (just 28.7 million shares outstanding), we’re well-positioned to maximize the value of this strategic location. Our commitment to Cleator runs even deeper – we own 10% of this historic mining town itself, offering our shareholders the unique opportunity to own a slice of authentic American mining heritage When you invest in King Global Ventures, you’re not just backing our cutting-edge exploration program – you’re becoming a partial owner of Cleator itself and claiming your stake in a piece of living history.

For investors seeking to be part of Arizona’s next significant mineral discovery, our presence in Cleator represents the perfect blend of historical validation and modern potential. Each drill hole, each survey, and each analysis brings us closer to unlocking the full potential of this historically rich mining district.
